Trauma-informed therapy where you can show up without judgement.

Because you shouldn’t have to prove yourself to your therapist.

I’m freaking hyped you’re here.

Hi, I’m Emma (she/they) a queer-identifying, Austin, Texas-based therapist, D&D nerd, competitive cooking show enthusiast, and cat lover.

I specialize in working with women and gender-expansive individuals navigating stressful parental relationships, religious & political trauma, complex trauma, ADHD, people-pleasing, & more.

I believe therapy should be a space for bravery, validation, affirmation, and, most importantly, to explore and discover yourself without judgment.

This is not your grandpappy’s therapy. This is therapy with a side of quirk.
